The terms you agree to when you buy from Western Tamp.

These terms apply when you buy from this website, operated by Western Tamp, a trading name of APX Studios Ltd (registered in England & Wales). By placing an order you agree to them.
Products
Our coffee is roasted to order and carries the Western Tamp label. We describe each roast as accurately as we can; natural products vary slightly between batches, and screen colours can differ from the real thing.
Orders & prices
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Delivery is added at checkout (see our delivery page). We may correct obvious pricing errors; if a price was clearly wrong we’ll contact you before dispatch. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Shopify’s hosted checkout. We don’t handle or store your full card details.
Delivery
We ship to mainland UK via DPD. Estimated times are on our delivery page. We’re not liable for delays outside our or our carrier’s reasonable control.
Returns & cancellation
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are put right per our returns & refunds policy. As fresh coffee is perishable and roasted to order, change-of-mind cancellation rights are limited — see that page for detail. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
Liability
We don’t exclude liability for anything that can’t lawfully be excluded (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise our liability for a product is limited to the price you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
